We are keen to make communication as easy as possible and our business culture is to become part of the communities which we manage. To achieve this, we recently instructed a Web Developer to create a portal for our residents. We are excited to announce that this is now live.
The Resident’s Portal is a payment and information gateway for residents and their properties. Residents will now have access to their property information 24/7, 365 days a year, allowing them to access information at their own convenience.
The Resident’s Portal provides a number of features. Here, residents can:
- Report a maintenance issue or view the status of a reported issue.
- Make payments online.
- Access important documents, such as service charge budget and accounts.
- Talk directly to us.

We will soon be writing to all of our residents to advise them how they can register. As this is a new system, we will also be encouraging residents to provide us with feedback.
