Your Residents

Resident Engagement

We are deeply committed to resident engagement because, as residents ourselves on a new estate, we fully understand the frustrations caused by poor communication from Management Companies. Our goal is to work with you from day one to educate and manage residents’ expectations—from initial interest in a plot to becoming homeowners in a vibrant community.

Here’s how we are achieving this:

  • We collaborate with housebuilders to provide informative materials for their sales packs, ensuring conversations about open space management are clear and effective
  • We’ve created an information and guidance page on this website as a resource for residents
  • We have developed a residents’ portal which gives access to essential documents, including service charge budgets and accounts, allows direct communication with us, enables payments and offers issue reporting
  • We regularly write to our residents with site updates
  • We offer access to a free, independent ombudsman scheme for additional support when needed
  •  We have recently developed an annual customer survey which will allow us to gather feedback and continually improve our service

Greenspace & Wellbeing

There isn’t a single definition of what the term “greenspace” means.  Often the term is used to refer to grass, flowers and trees within an urban setting and occasionally it is used to refer to natural areas on a global scale.  There are also a couple of ways greenspace can be written, sometimes it is referred to as a single word and others as two words. But one thing is sure and that is the importance of greenspace to human wellbeing!

Being able to see and interact with greenery, flowerbed, lawns, meadows, trees and shrubs has been shown to improve peoples’ mental and physical health.

Health & Compliance

As well as providing a fantastic place for people to live, safety is one of our top concerns.   To ensure our sites are safe, our contractors are tasked with reporting any issues as part of their routine visits.  We also undertake programmed site reviews to assess conditions and to identify future maintenance requirements.  The frequency of the contractor visits and the programmed assessments will depend on the nature and types of assets within a given site. However, as a guide, contractor maintenance visits are usually undertaken on a fortnightly basis and programmed assessments usually take place once a year

Increase Property Values

Incorporating well designed, multifunctional green spaces into a development site will benefit the social well-being of the future residents.  With the right layout and landscape design the properties that overlook these spaces can benefit from an uplift in value due to the pleasant vista.
