Information and resources for our residents

Who are Terrena?

The Local Planning Authority imposes conditions upon developers that requires open spaces to be maintained. Traditionally open spaces and associated infrastructure was adopted by Local Authorities; however, many Local Authorities are now unwilling or unable to take on the management of open space within new developments due to restrictions in funding. As a consequence of this, your house builder has therefore made arrangements for the long-term maintenance of the open spaces to be adopted by Terrena.

Terrena are a professional alternative to Local Authorities and our team have over 50 years of experience in landscape management, drainage, highways, health & safety and risk management.

Although we own and manage the open space within your development we know and understand that the open space forms an integral part of your community.  That is why we like to work with residents toward managing the open space as an asset to your community.

Invoicing and Payments

The management fee is the amount of money that all residents are required to pay, which contributes towards the costs of the maintenance of the open spaces and management of your development.  We bill this 6 monthly in arrears, usually in February and August.
