Gemma joined Terrena in 2021 as Director, responsible for business development, client relationships, marketing and administrative activity. Having recently graduated from Derby University with a Management and Leadership degree and drawing upon her background in the construction industry, Gemma brings valuable insight and expertise to guide Terrena’s strategic direction. She is committed to fostering strong connections with our communities so she works closely with our developer partners, ensuring they are supported at each step of the process so that our residents ultimately receive an excellent service upon handover.
Gemma is keen to make communication as easy as possible and our business culture is to become part of the communities which we manage. To achieve this, Gemma recently created our resident’s portal.
